Once you are fully registered, please text (405)-831-5490. Please do not call this number. Your text should include your name, email, phone number, and the item that you request. If we have the item, we will make an appointment with you for pick up.
Please be aware that the item you request is based on availability. Sometimes more popular items have already been requested. If this is the case, you will be put on a waiting list.
Yes, we are able to give out baby formula! However, it is in limited stock.
