You do NOT need to be registered with Bethel to apply!
In order to receive school supplies, you will need to send in the following information:

Child Proof of Enrollment

Gender of child for appropriate style of items, if applicable

School List of supplies needed
-
Date of when school starts
-
Name & Contact of parent/guardian
